Job description

Our Purpose

At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.

About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to help guide the evolution of SentinelOne's AI-SIEM detection and response capabilities. AI-SIEM is our unified security analytics platform for threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR), combining high-scale telemetry ingestion, out-of-the-box and custom detection content, behavioral analytics, and threat intelligence to help security teams find and respond to threats faster. In this role, you will bring your in-depth knowledge of the SIEM and detection engineering market to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for detection content and the detection engine, working closely with engineering, data science, threat research, product marketing, and sales to deliver the next evolution of detection and response on the AI-SIEM platform. This is a highly visible, technical, and collaborative role for someone who is passionate about staying ahead of the threat landscape and translating that knowledge into product decisions.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Define and maintain the strategy and product roadmap for AI-SIEM's detection engines, detection content, and AI-native capabilities.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to build and maintain highly technical, broadly scoped infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate closely with Threat Research, Data Science, and Engineering teams to understand attack trends and conceptualize and deliver AI-native and detection solutions.
  • Apply AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve research workflows, detection development, and research productivity, with guardrails for responsible use.
  • Write clear, well-scoped requirements and work with engineering to deliver new features from concept through launch.
  • Utilize strategic insight to identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance the offering's capabilities.
  • Partner with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and target personas.
  • Engage with Sales and Support to champion recent releases and guide future product direction.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information on competitive activity.
  • Build relationships with customers and prospects, including SOC analysts and detection engineers, to understand their workflows and unmet needs.
  • Partner with internal AI teams to evaluate emerging AI capabilities for research operations.

What You'll Need:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including work in SIEM, XDR, detection engineering, or a closely related security or SaaS segment.
  • Strong working knowledge of threat detection concepts, such as correlation logic, behavioral/UEBA-based detection, and threat intelligence integration.
  • A keen interest in the evolving threat landscape and emerging detection technologies, systems, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate and articulate technical concepts and positioning to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing.
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working with both local and remote teams across time zones.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% to customer and company locations worldwide.
