Data Engineers design, implement, and maintain data solutions on the cloud to power up the new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers, alongside other data engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

Expertise working experience with programming languages like Python, and SQL
Solid understanding of data pipeline, data platform, data lake, data warehousing and analytics
Research, design, and implement data modeling designs to solve complex problems
Communicate complex concepts and data pipelines to non-technical audiences through data visualizations
Performs statistical analysis and using results to improve models
Identify opportunities and formulate data orchestration and data modeling projects to optimize business impact
Serve as a subject matter expert in data warehouse and analytics research, and adopt the new tooling and methodologies in Knowbe4
Manage the release, maintenance, and enhancement of data pipeline solutions in a production environment via multiple deployment options such as APIs, embedded software, or stand-alone applications
Advise various teams on querying best Practices and ensure the highest quality and compliance standards for data modeling deployments

Qualifications:

BS or equivalent plus 10 years experience
MS or equivalent plus 5 years experience
Ph.D. or equivalent plus 4 years experience
