About the position:

At AvePoint we drive adoption by putting the user first. AvePoint is looking for a collaborative, well-rounded, and detail-oriented Product Designer to build best-in-class software solutions to help our users migrate, manage and protect their Office 365 data. 

Are you passionate about user experience and user-centered design? We are and we’re looking for others to join our growing product team. Having an eye for design and the ability to push pixels is excellent, but we’re after someone who thinks user-first and preaches usability. 

You’ll provide valuable insights about our users and share that knowledge with other disciplines and backgrounds across our teams. You’ll contribute to and have a substantial impact on the future of our platform and there is no better way to do that on our team than to collaborate endlessly. 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain, expand and refine our design library to prioritize a consistent, holistic user experience across our products

- Research, document and maintain user personas and other user-related research for our core product offerings

- Build and deliver interactive prototypes to help our developers test real-world solutions while iterating rapidly

- Take our proven UX and bring it to life by building beautiful UI’s

Qualifications:

- Experience designing SaaS applications and understanding the importance of user experience

- Experience solving for complex problems by creating simple and intuitive customer experiences

- Ability to help develop information architecture, interaction models and user flows.

- Ability to iterate rapidly at varying levels of fidelity while taking into account feedback and constructive criticism

- Demonstrated success designing engaging, intuitive experiences for highly technical organizations

- Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to showcase your ideas 

- Be a brand ambassador – you buy into our brand and deliver on our standards
