Senior Visual Designer

Job description

We are:

Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, develops cutting-edge, AI-powered digital products and platforms. We partner with clients to leverage data and AI, accelerating market entry and driving business transformation. As a global community of innovators, we foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact. With the right people and the right ideas, there's no limit to what we can achieve.

Are you a fit? Sounds awesome, right? Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role:

Must-have Skills:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent working on or contributing to design systems.
  • Strong Communication Skills. English and technical.
  • A portfolio showing design systems work—whether building components, creating documentation, or establishing patterns. We want to see how you think about systematic design problems.
  • Strong Figma skills, including experience with component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables. You know how to build things that scale and that other designers can actually use.
  • Experience with design tokens and an understanding of how they enable theming, consistency, and multi-brand support.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals—typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns. You can explain why something should be a certain way, not just how to build it.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how they apply to component design. Accessibility should be built in, not bolted on.
  • Strong documentation skills. You can write clearly and create guidelines that people actually read and follow.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities. You're proactive about communicating and don't need constant check-ins to stay on track.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes.
  • Understanding of how design systems connect to code (CSS, React component APIs, etc.)
  • Experience with design system versioning and contribution workflows
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or white-label design system challenges
  • Experience working with distributed or fully remote teams
  • Background in news media, publishing, or content-heavy products
  • Knowledge of design system tooling beyond Figma (Storybook, Zeroheight, etc.)

What we offer:

  • A High-Impact Environment.
  • Commitment to Professional Development.
  • Flexible and Collaborative Culture.
  • Global Opportunities.
  • Vibrant Community.
  • Total Rewards.

*Specific benefits are determined by the employment type and location.
