About the Role

We are looking for a Visual Communicator to drive the design strategy and execution of high-impact creative assets within a regulated environment. In this role, you will transform business goals into compelling visual solutions across both digital and print channels, while leading and mentoring a team of designers.

You will play a key role in ensuring creative excellence, aligning design outputs with strategic priorities, and elevating the overall quality and consistency of our visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of marketing assets, including display ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and landing pages.
  • Translate stakeholder input and business objectives into clear creative briefs and strategic visual direction.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and audience needs.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, subject matter experts, and marketing partners to develop impactful, goal-driven design solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Visual Specialists (VS2 and VS3), ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous growth.
  • Conduct project reviews, deliver actionable feedback, and maintain high standards of creative excellence.
  • Advocate for strong design integrity and strategic alignment across teams and touchpoints.
  • Lead and execute data visualization initiatives, turning complex information into clear, engaging, and insightful visual formats.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in data visualization (must-have), with the ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
  • Proven experience leading design projects in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
  • Expertise in designing across multiple formats: digital, print, and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of branding, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing or product teams.
  • Familiarity with performance-driven or conversion-focused design.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, etc.).

What we offer:

  • A High-Impact Environment
  • Commitment to Professional Development
  • Flexible and Collaborative Culture
  • Global Opportunities
  • Vibrant Community
  • Total Rewards
