Senior Software Development Engineer
Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, including hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce development Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build reusable Agentforce agents, including topics, actions, and prompt templates, to address common industry use cases and integrate within Sales and Service Cloud workflows
  • Develop Orchestrator agents for multi-agent coordination and complex workflow handoffs across domains such as retail, BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing
  • Create headless agents for API and channel-agnostic invocation to enable integration beyond standard Salesforce UI environments
  • Implement Agent-to-Agent protocol integrations to facilitate inter-agent communication across systems and vendors
  • Configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients and servers to extend agent capabilities with external tools and data sources
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, including Data Graphs, DLOs/DMOs, and vector search, to ensure accurate agent responses
  • Package agents as reusable, configurable accelerators that are templated, parameterized, and easily adapted for diverse client demonstrations
  • Build custom Apex actions, Flows, and Invocable Actions to extend agent capabilities
  • Collaborate with architects and practice leads to translate industry-specific use cases into demo-ready agent solutions
  • Maintain documentation, demo scripts, and setup guides to support accelerator reusability
  • Required Skills:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud (lead and opportunity management, forecasting, sales process automation)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud (case management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge)
  • Agentforce development (building agents, Subagents, Actions, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder)
  • Apex (triggers, asynchronous processing, component design, integrations)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) (wire adapters, custom component development)
  • Git version control
  • VS Code for Salesforce development
  • Data Loader for data migration and manipulation
  • Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Flossum, Gearset, Autorabit)
  • Salesforce CLI (Sfdx) for development and deployment
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Agentforce metadata (GenAiPlannerBundle, GenAiPlugin, GenAiFunction)
  • Multi-agent orchestration patterns
  • Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar)
  • A2A protocol and MCP client/server roles
  • Salesforce Administration (security model, flows, data model design)
  • Salesforce Data Cloud features (DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights)
  • Prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer
