The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive activation and expansion across our product suite. This role focuses on helping individual users discover value, adopt, and expand to multi-product and multi-seat or organizational use through product-led growth (PLG) strategies. You’ll define how our products work together, craft the messaging and experiences that connect them, and partner across teams to expand the use of the Superhuman suite.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll flex your collaboration muscles by working closely with Growth, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales to design and execute strategies that unlock cross-product value and increase customer lifetime value.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive cross-product activation: Define how users experience and adopt multiple products in our ecosystem. Identify friction points and opportunities to drive deeper engagement and remarkably delightful experiences across surfaces.
  • Drive PLG-led expansion: Co-develop strategies that convert single-seat users into multi-seat accounts with segmented value messaging.
  • Shape product narratives: Partner with Inbound PMMs to define how products connect in a cohesive, customer-first story. Create messaging that helps users understand the value of using products together.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: Equip go-to-market and Product teams with clear narratives, positioning, and insights to support expansion efforts.
  • Deeply understand users: partner with research and data teams to identify triggers, behaviors, and moments that signal readiness for cross-product adoption and team expansion.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
  • Proven success driving user activation, cross-product adoption, or team expansion through self-serve or hybrid models.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and user segmentation.
  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills; you enjoy crafting evocative, differentiated product messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills and adaptability: you’re at home working across Product, Growth, and Sales.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning insights into strategy.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in marketing a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or seat-based expansion models.
  • B2B and B2C experience

Compensation and benefits

  • Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:
  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • 401(k) and RRSP matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Twenty days of paid time off per year, eleven days of paid holidays per year, and unlimited sick days
  • Home office stipends
  • Caregiver and pet care stipends
  • Wellness stipends
  • Admission discounts
  • Learning and development opportunities

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

United States:
Zone 1: $170,000 - $205,000/year (USD)
