A day in the life
Drive Product strategy and execution for Rocket TaxDeeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative researchPassionately represent the voice of the customer as you build product in line with our product visionDefine and analyze metrics to determine business impactPrioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgmentDevelop and deliver a Roadmap for the Rocket Tax product Understand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisionsLead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customersCollaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to marketDevelop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment
About you
3-5 years of software Product Development experience ideally developing and finding commercial success for consumer-facing products, technologies, and platformsPassionate about our missionDemonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solveExcellent communication skillsOwnership mentalityAbility to engage in respectful debate and arrive at “win-win” decisionsBias for actionExcited to celebrate and winSelf-aware with a growth mindset
