Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, including substantial leadership of enterprise-level product initiatives Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and evolving market demands
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery, balancing business goals and technical feasibility
Translate business requirements into actionable features and enhancements through detailed product blueprints
Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus among executive leadership, engineering, and business units
Analyze business processes at the program and enterprise level to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement
Monitor product performance using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomes
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain product differentiation
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Expertise in designing product blueprints and translating business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with business process modeling at program and enterprise levels
Skill in developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic vision
Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis using industry-standard methods
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development
Familiarity with metrics-driven product performance monitoring and optimization
Competence in user story mapping and requirements gathering
Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle and architecture
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SaaS product management in large-scale environments
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX design principles
Hands-on expertise in data analytics platforms for product insights
Knowledge of Lean Product Management frameworks
Experience with API design and integration strategies
Exposure to change management practices in enterprise settings
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management certification
Certification in Product Management from a recognized institution such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
