Job Description: Articulate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our AI Media initiatives. In this role, you’ll shape the future of how creators bring content to life through AI-powered image generation, video creation, avatars, and text-to-speech capabilities. As a Senior Product Manager, AI Media at Articulate, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how creators use AI to tell stories, teach learners, and express ideas. What You'll Do:
Drive Strategy for AI Media: Translate our company and product vision into a strategic roadmap for AI media capabilities, ensuring these features delight our creator persona and scale with customer demand.
Lead Continuous Discovery: Own continuous discovery practices—partnering with users, designers, and engineers to uncover opportunities, test assumptions, and validate ideas before building.
Build Scalable Media Experiences: Create intuitive and accessible experiences for generating and editing AI-powered media—images, videos, avatars, and text-to-speech. Prioritize ease of use and creative empowerment for non-technical users.
Shape Responsible AI Practices: Partner with legal, design, and engineering to ensure we use AI responsibly, balancing innovation with transparency, safety, and control for users.
Collaborate Across Functions:Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer support to bring high-quality media features to market.
Own Communication: Clearly articulate the product vision, progress, and learning impact to stakeholders at all levels—from teams to executives. Inspire others with clear storytelling and crisp execution.
What You Should Have:
8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or content/media creation platforms
Proven experience shipping AI-powered media products
Strong product intuition for creator tools and the unique needs of users building multimedia content
Fluency in continuous discovery practices, and comfort using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills and experience aligning executive stakeholders on strategy
A history of working on large-scale products with engaged user bases
Nice to Haves:
Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs or platformsBackground in L&D, EdTech, or instructional design
Familiarity with accessibility standards for media content
Prior experience as a creator, content strategist, or in media production
