We are looking for a  Senior Growth Data Analyst to join our vibrant Data team in Tel- Aviv!

As a Senior Growth Data Analyst, you will have a super high impact on our growth strategy and be deeply involved in the most important decisions we make. you will have the ability to look at the company's data from a bird's eye point of view and at the same time get your hands dirty with data and In-depth analysis.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

• Own the Top of funnel analysis and growth metrics
• Partner with growth leaders to improve our understanding of user behavior and develop strategies to increase growth of our products.
• Brainstorm and execute AB testing ideas, furthering our understanding of user behaviors and market trends.
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth while sharing your findings  with a variety of stakeholders and management team.

•  4+ years of similar experience, working with growth teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, combined with great product growth and user understanding.
• Great at communicating and telling the story of your data to different stakeholders.
• Excellent hands-on SQL 
• Experience with data visualization tools - Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent at taking ownership and driving impact.

• Team player, strong communication skills, egoless, transparency and positive attitude.
• Ability to take ownership and make an impact.
