The Senior Analyst,Commercialization will combine strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of our customer base and our product portfolio to support in the development of our commercialization strategies and decision making on highly impactful pricing decisions. They will be responsible for progressing pricing projects while working with a cross functional team including finance and other product marketing and product management team members. The Senior Analyst, Commercialization will report to the Sr. Manager of Commercialization.
Decision Support and Recommendation Crafting
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and finance teams to support strategic decision-making for the pricing and packaging individual products and the overall platform.
  • Identify relevant research and analysis needed to develop pricing recommendations.
  • Conduct thoughtful and accurate analyses to assess different options and scenarios to inform recommendations.
  • Synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to craft cohesive recommendations to support decision making at the executive level.
  • Competitive Positioning and Voice of Customer Research
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including pricing and packaging strategies of key competitors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business models, cost drivers, and key purchasing drivers to inform pricing models.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods to inform product development and commercialization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement
  • Partner with operational teams to support the execution of commercialization strategies.
  • Assist in creating tools and messaging to help field teams communicate effectively with customers about product value and positioning.
  • Your Skills
  • 5+ years in a product marketing or pricing role at a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing people
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in strategy consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership
  • Compensation
  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $106,000 and $158,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
