Payoneer is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking and high energy environment. This role is based out of Gurugram and the candidate will be required to work in the office.

Location

Gurugram / NCR: Candidates will be required to report to office weekly for trainings & reviews

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Identify prospect's business model and gauge product fitment
  • Good research skills and ability to use databases, LinkedIn, Open source tools to create SQLs
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

For this role you are also:

  • Excellent communication skills with good fluency in English
  • Past experience 3 years+ as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or Inside Sales or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas and generating leads
  • Experience working with databased and CRM
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
  • Familiarity with the B2B and SMB Customer Segment
  • Experience with Direct Sales for Businesses engaged in cross border trade
  • Experience in using CRMs and multi touch cadences with efficiency
