Why this role?

As a Sales Development Representative at Snyk, you’ll be on the front lines of driving pipeline and revenue growth across a diverse range of markets in EMEA. You’ll play a critical role in connecting forward-thinking organisations with Snyk’s developer-first security platform — especially as AI transforms how software is built and secured.

This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our London office – offering the best of both in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that values growth, creativity, and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to global sales strategy, work with cutting-edge technology, and be supported by experienced mentors as you build the foundations for a successful career in tech sales.

This role is ideal if you’ve gained early experience in another industry – like recruitment, real estate, customer service, or hospitality – and are now looking to break into tech. You’ll get structured training, strong mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed in SaaS sales.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own outbound prospecting into accounts across the DACH, Benelux, and Nordic regions.
  • Craft tailored outreach using tools like Cognism, Storylane, SalesLoft, Zoom, Salesforce, Gemini, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges, align Snyk’s value, and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and local field teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools, intent data, and a basic understanding of the security landscape to prioritise outreach and increase pipeline performance.
  • Support local sales events, webinars, and meetups.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, qualification notes, and engagement tracking.

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or target-driven role — such as recruitment, property, hospitality, customer service, or sales.
  • A natural communicator – you enjoy building relationships and finding solutions to people’s challenges.
  • Confidence to reach out and start conversations over the phone, email, or LinkedIn.
  • Curiosity about technology and an eagerness to break into the world of SaaS sales.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and a positive attitude — you’re ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
  • A collaborative mindset – you thrive in team environments and celebrate shared success.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also… 

  • Have experience working across EMEA, especially in DACH, Benelux, or the Nordics, and speak German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
  • Are familiar with outbound prospecting frameworks like MEDDPIC.
  • Have worked with modern prospecting or AI tools for research and outreach.
  • Can craft cold emails that get replies and run intro calls that leave people wanting more.
  • Bring a mix of grit, humour, and team spirit -  because sales is better when we win and have fun together.
