The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.
You will help deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process across all hiring, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout their journey.
At Addepar, candidate experience is a top priority, and your primary focus will be ensuring every candidate leaves with a strong, positive impression of the company. We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly organised individual who is confident working independently and solving problems.
No prior recruitment experience is required. We value a strong work ethic, along with experience in a professional or customer-facing role. You’ll play an important part in helping us achieve our hiring goals and supporting Addepar’s broader mission.
