Quality Management System (QMS) engineer to fulfill Bosch requirement of implementing
QMS, responsible for PgP1 Process Compass, internal system, and process audit activities.
Job Description
1. Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g., IATF16949, VDA6.3 process audit, CQI17
audits etc.) and 3rd party audit.
2. Track and follow up on QMS corrective action.
3. Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor.
4. Coordinate IATF customer audit and perform annual manufacturing assessment
according to customer specific requirement.
5. Plant CSR coordinator.
6. Support to manage PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintenance.
7. Improve and maintain QMS documentation system.
8. Responsible for QMS improvement activities.
9. Projects assigned by superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and applications to support quality improvement initiatives.
Experience in internal, customer, or third-party audit coordination is an added advantage.
