The role

We are hiring a Professional Coach and Content Educator to guide working learners as they progress through an online certificate program designed to help them build durable skills and be more effective at work. You will provide 1:1 professional coaching and offer educator‑style support to help frontline learners build skills, persist through challenges, and apply learning on the job. This is a part‑time, remote contract role reporting to the Coaching team. This role will require you to combine an educator mindset with 1:1 coaching expertise.

Coaching:

  • Feedback & Reflection: Provide real-time verbal feedback through practice roleplays and other interactive activities; create a non-judgemental space for meaningful reflection and goal setting.

Curriculum support:

  • Skill Development: Offer clear, scaffolded explanations of key concepts and skills; check for understanding; provide practice opportunities; deliver constructive feedback; adjust support as needed.
  • Organizational Support: Provide one‑on‑one support to help learners plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, and seek additional support when needed.
  • Real-World Accountability: Help learners surface relevant real-world opportunities to apply their new skills; co-design incremental steps toward long-term goals; provide accountability without judgement.

Operations and quality:

  • Document concise coaching notes and send follow‑up actions within 72 hours of sessions.
  • Track learner progress and trends, sharing insights and escalation needs with the team.
  • Participate in coaching team meetings and ongoing training to refine practices and contribute to playbooks.

About you

Required competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a track record of effective 1:1 support
  • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner‑level expectations
  • Experience providing support such as study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement
  • Previous professional experience in one or more of the following areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, data analytics

Preferred qualifications
