The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development and direction of our SDK portfolio. These SDKs are the essential tools developers use to build with PubNub, and your role will be to make them fast, reliable, simple to use, and ready for the next generation of AI-enabled applications.
You will work closely with engineering teams, developer advocates, and customers to set the strategy, deliver impactful improvements, and ensure our SDKs continue to provide best-in-class developer experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Define and own the SDK strategy for Android, iOS, Web, Unity, and server environments
• Work with engineering as product owner to plan, build, test, and release updates
• Collect feedback from developers, customers, and internal teams to guide priorities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch SDK enhancements
• Track usage and adoption, adjusting the roadmap based on data and insights

What We’re Looking For

Required
• At least three years in product management, ideally with SDKs, developer tools, or similar products
• Technical background or strong understanding of developer workflows
• Experience with multiple programming languages and environments such as JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, C#, and Python
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel occasionally

Preferred
• Experience with AI/ML SDKs or AI integrations, including generative AI, edge inference, or model hosting
• A track record of improving developer experience and product adoption
