  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers (Working Team through Mid Management levels) to demonstrate software capabilities, discuss roadmaps, and facilitate technical scoping discussions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate technical customer discussions for your product area, contribute to Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and translate customer needs into clear product specs.
  • Product Marketing & Collateral: Create product marketing collateral from directed input and develop target persona lists, keyword strategies, and demo content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Analyst Relations: Support targeted product demos for industry analysts under the guidance of General Managers and Product VPs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build constructive, cross-organizational relationships across engineering, data science, marketing, and sales to ensure successful feature releases

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related technical domain.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of at least one core AI/ML or enterprise application area, with a foundational understanding of broader platform capabilities (e.g., Generative AI, data pipelines, model operationalization).
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to structure technical problems, translate user needs into detailed feature requirements, and collaborate directly with engineering teams.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts concisely in documentation and presentations.
  • Customer-Facing Ability: Comfort presenting software capabilities, conducting product demos, and participating in customer scoping sessions.
  • Execution Focus: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing feature priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
