At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.
Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes.

As a Senior Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who execute on large-scale data generation pipelines. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements.

You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.

To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with leadership, analysts, engineers and researchers.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic. Whether you choose to work at home or in one of our offices, you enjoy working with autonomy and in an international environment. We have a great remote working culture where people work hard, have fun, and grow.

  • Operational Track Record: You have 3-5 years of dedicated working experience in a relevant operational or data-driven capacity, complementing your broader leadership background
