We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion and initiative for new business acquisition. As a Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for analyzing the market demand and manager relationships with partners to develop and drive new business for our further growth. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. This role is critical to scale our team through Cybereason next phase of growth. 

What you will do

  • Strategy planning and implementation for development and growth of new business areas
  • Tech and GTM alliance with partners involved with OEM/white label business scheme
  • Market research involving communication with key partners and customers
  • Define partnership strategies, write business proposals and execute Go-to-Market plans
  • Manage projects and align closely with teams towards the execution
  • Work with the product, finance and other customer related operation teams to define the required capability for the new business
  • Communicate/negotiate for terms and conditions for the strategic alliances working closely with the legal team
  • Enable/localize new global products and services for Japan market

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • 3 or more years of experience in either cybersecurity or the IT & software industry
  • Experience in business development, product/service planning
  • Experience in managing the business or product enablement, preferred to have been involved in OEM/white-label projects
  • Extensive Project management skills 
  • Basic market analysis skills preferred
  • Strong, effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and creating documents, to drive business development
  • Growth mindset
  • Business-level Japanese preferable, Business-level English
