Job requirements
Experience Range: with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python fullstack development, including designing and implementing microservices architectures Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and services
Architect and implement robust microservices solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between services and client applications
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth and promoting best coding practices
Review code, enforce development standards, and drive continuous improvement across the development team
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, build, and deployment processes, ensuring reliability and speed
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Python programming
Expertise with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
Strong skills in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
Experience with automated testing using PyTest
Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with messaging and event-streaming platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
Exposure to AI/ML integration, data engineering, or automation platforms
Advanced performance tuning and application monitoring skills
Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Previous experience leading development teams or technical initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BTech or MTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AWS Certified Developer Associate or Professional Cloud Developer (Google Cloud)
Python Institute certifications (PCAP/PCPP)
