Responsibilities (What You Will Learn and Do):

Learn and apply modern development methodologies and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Assist in developing Server-side logic (Apex) and front-end UI components (LWC, Aura).
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of projects on the Force.com platform under the mentorship of senior developers.
Be involved in the full development lifecycle from understanding business requirements to delivering functional solutions, including integration, testing, and deployment.
Write and maintain clean, well-documented code with appropriate unit tests.
Continuously learn and implement new technologies and tools in the CRM and cloud space.

Requirements:

Up to 1 year of hands-on development experience with a relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
Basic programming knowledge in one or more of the following: Java, C#, JavaScript, C++.
Strong willingness to learn the Salesforce platform and develop expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Foundational front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Understanding of writing clean, maintainable code and the importance of unit testing.
Familiarity with Git/version control - an advantage.
Basic understanding of REST/SOAP integrations - an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - an advantage.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
