You will also assist with system configurations and installations, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.Seasonal Position ending 4/30/2025.Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and related peripherals.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, SaaS tools, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues via Microsoft Teams, phone, email, and in person.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including account provisioning in Active Directory.
- Support business-critical SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams).
- Assist with software testing, deployment, and user documentation.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation of common issues and solutions.
- Educate users on basic hardware/software best practices.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with SaaS tools and cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Enrollment in or completion of a technical training or degree program.
- Experience in hybrid or remote support environments.
- Exposure to identity and access management tools.
