Job Description
- Coordinate with the Global Accounting Service (GS) team to cross-check and follow up on payment requisitions for processing
- Archive and organize accounting documents, including debit advice, credit advice, bank statements, and withholding tax certificates
- Update exchange rates on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the internal audit team on accounting matters
- Work with the Controlling team to build and prepare debit notes
- Assist with accounting system operations and verify documents and invoices against system data for accuracy
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
- Currently in 4th year of study majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
- Proficiency in English across all four competencies: writing, reading, listening, and speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting systems and software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to work
- High sense of responsibility and integrity
- "Can do" attitude with proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
