GTM Enablement Specialist
Job Location

Job Description
Global GTM Operations Team
At TRACTIAN, growth comes from balancing new customer acquisition and client expansion. Our GTM Enablement team, part of the Go-to-Market Engineering Ops, supports the entire commercial journey — empowering pre-sales, sales, sales trainees, and post-sales/expansion (ADR, AE, SE, CS, and Sales Trainee) teams to move faster, smarter, and with excellence.

What You’ll Do
As a GTM Enablement Specialist, you’ll create programs, processes, and trainings that help our sales teams sell more efficiently, leveraging AI to boost performance and productivity. Your work will be focused on internal enablement across TRACTIAN’s commercial teams, with customer contact occurring through sales — and quarterly visits alongside the sales team to gain valuable real-world context.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain a repository of product enablement materials to ensure the sales team and trainees have timely access to updated training and reference content.
  • Continuously improve and standardize client-facing and internal presentation templates, including training decks, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Support and coordinate sales and trainee participation in client visits, managing logistics and resources as needed.
  • Manage projects to implement and enhance tools for sales and trainee teams, always seeking the best ROI from existing platforms and using AI to simplify processes.
  • Develop prospecting and demand-generation training programs for AE, ADR, and Sales Trainee teams with measurable business impact.
  • Track and report sales team and trainee performance metrics, ensuring alignment and communication with commercial leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, sales trainees, and CS to coordinate enablement, communication, and collaboration projects.
  • Ensure a close, structured onboarding experience for sales professionals and trainees during ramp-up, driving early productivity.
  • Design and deliver internal trainings from scratch — from stakeholder alignment to live facilitation (in-person or virtual).
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS leaders to align on acquisition and expansion strategies, ensuring cross-team cohesion.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven success in GTM Enablement, with measurable productivity improvement achieved through strategic onboarding and enablement for ADR, AE, SE, CS, and Sales Trainee teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, enablement, or commercial B2B functions focused on sales performance.
  • Strong background working with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, ADRs, and Sales Trainees, driving synergy between acquisition and expansion.
  • Excellent organizational and logistical coordination skills for events, visits, or in-person internal trainings with sales and trainee teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and building dashboards.
  • A clear, collaborative, and proactive communicator who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Passion for empowering sales teams, trainees, and leaders to deliver measurable impact in both acquisition and expansion.
  • Everything You Need, One Platform.
