As a Graphic Designer at Arcaea, you'll be a creative force shaping the visual narrative of our "biology-first" future of Future Society. Your designs will traverse from captivating packaging to immersive digital realms, compelling advertisements to engaging social media stories, and presentations that echo our commitment to revolutionary personal care.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Craft visually stunning designs for diverse marketing materials

- Collaborate with scientists, marketers, and product managers to visually capture Arcaea's mission.

- Weave stories through your designs that resonate with our ethos.

Qualifications:

- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer 5+ years (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (Figma, After Effects, Retouching, AI).

- A portfolio showcasing your artistic expertise, especially in marketing and branding materials.

- Passion for biotechnology and a desire to contribute to a "biology-first" future.

Responsibilities:

 - Proficient in Ai-Generated content and motion graphics to support content creation across all channels. 

 - Develop visually compelling designs that embody Arcaea's brand identity and messaging, adopting a "biology-first" approach to showcase the cutting-edge nature of our biotechnology-based ingredient toolset.

  - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements, ensuring the creation of design concepts that effectively meet their needs. Maintain consistency across all materials to reinforce Arcaea's brand identity.

  - Conceptualize and execute design concepts for a diverse range of marketing and branding materials. This includes but is not limited to packaging, digital assets, advertisements, social media content, and presentations.

  - Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative and impactful designs that keep Arcaea at the forefront of the market.

  - Manage multiple projects concurrently, adeptly prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  - Provide valuable creative input and constructive feedback to enhance the overall visual communication of Arcaea's products and brand.

 - Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets for seamless accessibility by the team.

What we seek:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design showcased through a strong portfolio, particularly emphasizing branding, marketing, and digital media.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.

- Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to produce high-quality designs within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of biotechnology and experience in the beauty and personal care industry are considered advantageous.

Salary: $100-$120K
