Job Description:
What you'll do:The Supply Chain & Procurement Functional Lead will own Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Cost Management processes to ensure material integrity, supplier governance, and MRP reliability in a complex manufacturing environment.
This role is critical to maintaining serialized traceability and material compliance across programs.
You must have experience leading an Oracle Fusion implementation at scale.

Aerospace & Manufacturing Focus
- Serialized and lot-controlled inventory
- Subcontract purchase orders
- Receiving and inspection controls
- MRP parameter governance
- Material availability stabilization
Process Leadership
- Establish item master governance standards
- Improve MRP signal accuracy
- Reduce inventory discrepancies
- Align procurement workflows with compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional planning alignment sessions
- Apply AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement to support mission-critical supply chain operations, leveraging predictive insights and intelligent automation to drive agility, resilience, and operational excellence.
Preferred qualifications:- 8+ years ERP supply chain systems experience
- Strong understanding of MRP and inventory control
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
- Oracle Fusion SCM experience is must
- Experience managing serialized inventory
- Familiarity with government material compliance requirements
- Oracle Cloud certification highly desired
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
