As an Engagement Manager Lead, you will operate at the center of Scale's most strategic frontier AI lab customer relationships, serving as a trusted, operationally-grounded thought partner to the world's leading AI research teams.
EM Leads build deep relationships with Gen AI researchers and other customer leads, navigate difficult conversations with confidence grounded in operational knowledge, and earn new work through driving exceptional customer success. EM Leads are naturally empathetic and excel at building long-term relationships through diligent problem solving and thoughtful, strategic discussions.
