We are seeking a “Director of Sales Development, EMEA” to build, scale, and lead our EMEA SDR organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep experience creating outbound programs, developing talent, and driving meaningful pipeline across multiple regions. You will be responsible for setting the strategy, building operational excellence, and developing leaders who empower SDRs to engage CTOs, CIOs, technical stakeholders, developers & engineering leaders at the world’s most innovative enterprise companies.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The London base pay range for this role is £210,000 - £266,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
