Job Description
About SugarAI

SugarAI is redefining CRM for the age of AI.

We’re delivering on the original promise of CRM—turning fragmented customer and revenue signals into clear, prioritized action. Instead of more dashboards or surface-level insights, we help teams focus on what matters most and know exactly what to do next.

More than two decades after our founding, we’re entering a new chapter with clarity and momentum—building intelligent, intuitive solutions that work within the flow of how teams actually sell and serve. We’re focused on solving complex, real-world challenges where relationships, context, and precision make all the difference.

Our global team is united by a shared commitment to impact, ownership, and continuous growth. We create an environment where thoughtful ideas move quickly, where people are trusted to lead, and where flexibility supports how great work gets done.

If you’re excited to help shape what’s next in AI-driven CRM—and build technology that drives real outcomes—we’d love to meet you.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for Sugar Sell, the core sales automation product within the Sugar portfolio. In this role, you will define how Sugar Sell evolves to support modern selling workflows, including opportunity management, forecasting, activity planning, AI‑driven experience, insights, and actions.
You’ll lead a team of talented Product Managers, guiding them in building a cohesive, efficient, and seller‑focused experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Go‑To‑Market teams to bring the Sugar Sell strategy to life, ensuring the product remains intuitive, powerful, and scalable for sales teams.
**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.**

*We are not able to offer Visa sponsorship at this time*
Impact You Will Make:
  • Define and Drive the Sugar Sell Vision: Shape the strategic direction for Sugar Sell, ensuring the product delivers consistent, scalable, and high‑impact seller workflows that support predictable revenue generation.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, clear direction, and growth opportunities.
  • Advance AI‑Driven Sales Productivity & Analytics: Drive AI‑powered capabilities that enhance seller efficiency such as guided selling, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market to ensure platform capabilities align with business priorities and customer value.
  • Measure and Communicate Impact: Define and track KPIs related to seller usage, productivity, adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • What You Will Bring:
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers
  • Demonstrated success building commercialized, market-facing products (not internal-use tools)
  • Deep understanding of seller workflows, CRM systems, sales processes, and revenue technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, CX, or adjacent domains.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus
  • Everything You Need, One Platform.
