12+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on integration, connectors, APIs, or enterprise platforms.

Minimum 3 years in a senior product leadership role (Group PM or Director), with experience managing teams of varying seniority — knowing when to provide close guidance and when to extend autonomy.

Proven experience building and scaling connector or integration products at leading SaaS/cloud companies or integration providers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Zapier, Fivetran, Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Strong familiarity with cloud integration patterns, connector architectures, API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL), and event-driven and messaging patterns (webhooks, event streaming, CDC).

Deep knowledge of the SaaS/cloud ecosystem and common SaaS business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, ITSM).

Familiarity with one or more platform extension domains — RPA, EDI, MFT, or similar — is a plus.

Experience collaborating with engineering on complex technical decisions around platform architecture and system design.

Track record of successful product launches, customer adoption, and measurable market impact.

Practical experience building AI-powered product capabilities — including AI-assisted integrations, automated connector creation, and generative AI features.
