Job description

At Similarweb, we are revolutionizing the way businesses interact with the digital world by revealing to them everything that happens online.

Our unique data and solutions empower thousands of customers globally, including industry giants like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make game-changing decisions that drive their digital strategies.

In 2021, we went public on the New York Stock Exchange, and we continue to reach new heights! Come work alongside Similarwebbers across the globe who are bright, curious, practical, and good people.

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Analytics to lead and scale function within our global Revenue Operations group.
You will own the end-to-end revenue model, shape our forecasting and planning frameworks, and lead a team of 5 Business Analysts responsible for revenue reporting, commission plans, and GTM performance measurement.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue model: forecasting, headcount planning, quota/target setting, bookings, churn/retention, and GTM performance tracking.
  • Lead the build-out of AI-driven analytics for Similarweb's GTM — intelligent forecasting, automated reporting, and scalable insight generation.
  • Drive AI and automation adoption across the Revenue Analytics function to reduce manual work and scale the team's impact.
  • Own commission plan design, calculation, and operational support.
  • Manage and develop a team of 5 Business Analysts.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that support data-driven decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, or RevOps, including people-management experience.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, quota attainment) and GTM metrics (yield, ramping, pipeline health).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools applied to analytics and forecasting workflows.
  • Strong SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Looker or equivalent), Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Track record of influencing senior GTM stakeholders and communicating complex analysis to executive audiences.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, or Business; MBA is a plus.
