Are you a fit? Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role. As a Data Scientist, you will lead medium-complexity data science projects, build robust predictive models, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical outputs into business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development of predictive and forecasting models, applying advanced statistical and feature engineering techniques.
  • Lead complex analyses, including segmentation, clustering, churn prediction, linear optimization, and NLP.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Spark pipelines and with MLOps engineers for deployment on Azure Databricks.
  • Standardize analytical templates and present data-driven insights to business partners with clear narratives and actionable steps.

Must-have Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML.
  • Language: Advanced English level (Essential for presenting ideas clearly and consulting with diverse global stakeholders).
  • Strong technical expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Proven experience with Spark and Databricks for scalable data processing.
  • Clear understanding of linear regression, clustering techniques, and experimentation methods (A/B testing, MLflow).
  • Strong storytelling and consultative skills to effectively explain complex solutions, answer business questions, and "sell" data-driven ideas.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Experience with deep learning, modern NLP stacks (Transformers, spaCy), or cloud ML services like Azure ML.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts or basic MLOps practices.
