Apptegy’s Client Implementation Representative position is your opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to our growth and your own.Why You’ll Love This JobAs a Client Implementation Rep, you'll be the primary liaison between clients and our company, ensuring they have a seamless setup process and ongoing support for our core product, Thrillshare. You'll collaborate with various teams, become a Thrillshare expert, and provide personalized training and assistance to school leaders to set them up for success and foster enduring relationships with Apptegy.What You'll Do
- Serve as an ambassador and advocate for clients by providing them with the tools and training needed to be successful.
- Collaborate with teams across the company and manage each client's setup process to ensure they have the best launch experience possible.
- Become an expert in our core product, Thrillshare, and train and support school leaders.
- Assist clients through numerous, individual conversations and support-oriented tasks.
- Lead product training for SIS (School Information System) integration while setting the foundation for a lasting, healthy relationship with Apptegy.
Who You Are- 4-year college degree or comparable, continuous work experience with an impressive track record of success.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment and know how to pick up tech tools quickly.
- A willingness to work hard and do whatever it takes.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Capable of managing your day and be effective & efficient.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
