Business System Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Plex System Manager to oversee and optimize our Plex Rockwell ERP system, ensuring seamless integrations, user management, and process improvements as we scale. This

role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to enhance system functionality, resolve issues, and drive efficiencies in our manufacturing and business

processes. As the company expands, this role will evolve into a broader business systems leadership position, managing future integrations, process optimization, module expansion, and

data/reporting in order to support multi-site & multi-function operations.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system customizations within Plex.

• Ensure seamless integration between Plex, Netsuite, Arena and other systems.

• Serve as the first point of contact for system troubleshooting and issue resolution across departments.

• Perform system upgrades, feature rollouts, and process optimizations to improve efficiency.

• Manage end-to-end integration workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal and external platforms using middleware such as Boomi, Mulesoft etc.

• Create & problem solve Plex related items as they come up.

Process & Business Integration

• Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align Plex functionalities with operational needs.

• Own the feature request and enhancement pipeline, prioritizing system improvements.

• Lead process standardization efforts within Plex across the company expands.

• Ensure Plex is configured and deployed effectively to support all aspects of the business

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of ERP administration or management experience, preferably with Plex Rockwell.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance workflows.

• Ability to troubleshoot and support ERP users across multiple teams.

• Experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and user training.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system integrations (PLM, Salesforce, Netsuite, or similar).

• Familiarity with Arena PLM and Plex Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

• SQL and reporting/dashboard creation experience.

• Background in electronics manufacturing or hardware product companies.
