We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to nurture relationships with outbound prospects from enterprise and strategic accounts, turn them into qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

This role will report to Director, Sales Development, APJ.

The relationships you build, and the meetings you are able to create for the sales organization, will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the BDR team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Taking outbound calls to reach and qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from Similarweb’s many digital intelligence solutions
  • Finding relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that Similarweb would bring to their digital strategy
  • Sharing these insights either verbally, or through email
  • Filling the sales pipeline, by creating a set number of meetings between prospects and enterprise / strategic sales managers
  • Partnering with our marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaigns that show the value of our insights to our registered user base

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience of Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative in the industry 
  2. Wants to launch a successful career in tech sales
  3. Is proficient in English and Chinese - A must 
  4. Has a strong work ethic, and knows how to develop relationships
  5. Previous customer-facing or marketing experience - an advantage
  6. Experience with salesforce- an Advantage 
  7. Is able to work Monday-Friday onsite 
  8. Additional asian language is a bonus
