Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?

  • Develop and implement communication and training materials to drive engagement in the Quantcast benefit programs.

  • Document and maintain all Benefit policies and procedures for the region you support.

  • Own internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regional regulations.

  • Proactively identify, define, design, develop, and deliver on Benefits projects that drive cost efficiency, process improvements, best practices, and/or employee engagement.

  • Own and project manage our global wellbeing initiatives.

  • Review and analyze benefits data regularly and summarize key business metrics for leadership.

  • Oversee daily benefits processing, monthly billings and payment of administrative fees for all plans.

  • Perform all benefits-related audits by preparing, collecting, and organizing data.

  • Own the relationship with all vendors and brokers.

  • Oversee payroll as it relates to Benefits inputs.

  • Partner with senior leadership in setting a Benefits vision and strategy that supports the wider organizational goals and key priorities.

  • Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years of benefits experience.

  • Attention to detail, process orientated and customer service oriented.

  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills).

  • Experience in Vendor management, negotiations and project management.
