You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality). Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic. - Lead a team with a headcount of 30-50
- Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
- Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
Requirements- 1+ years of working experience
- Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
- Skilled with spreadsheets
- Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
Nice to Have- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly clinical trials terminology
- People management experience
