About the Role

As AM - Finance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial plans and ensuring effective execution. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support evolving business requirements.

You will also be expected to adapt financial plans and budgets in line with changing business strategies and priorities. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves providing financial support and strategic advice to management while assisting in closing business deals.

This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful finance-related challenges at one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms, contributing to initiatives that affect millions of users across the country.

What you will do
  • Work closely with specific business units and actively participate in its operations and management

  • Jointly own the OKRs of the respective business units and build an AOP to achieve them

  • Review the plans vs. actuals on a regular basis for the business you are associated with.

  • Complete account-level month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed.

  • Handle ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time

  • Participate and drive standardisation automation projects for process efficiency.

  • People management – internal stakeholder management

  • Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

  • What you will need
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs.

  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills.

  • Qualified CA Fresher from 2025/2026 batch.
