About the team
Stripe's Platform Sales team works with B2B software platforms to help them facilitate payments for their customers using Stripe Connect. Our users are software businesses who serve other businesses — platforms like Shopify, Treatwell, Sage, and DesignMyNight already rely on Stripe to power their payments infrastructure.
As a key member of the Platforms team, you will manage and deepen relationships with a named account list while identifying new growth opportunities and finding ways Stripe can exceed expectations.

As an Account Executive (Grower), you will build partnerships between Stripe and the most innovative and fastest-growing software platforms in the world, helping them understand how Stripe's financial infrastructure can make payments a true competitive advantage for their businesses.
Responsibilities
Who you are
You are an adept salesperson and relationship manager, comfortable engaging in both business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of an organisation — including the CTO, COO, and CFO. You have experience with upper middle market and enterprise companies, a deep understanding of the buyer journey, and the ability to lead complex, multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
You're used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding combined with technical knowledge. You're naturally analytical and enjoy exploring business models and helping users quantify their investment decisions. You're energised by prospecting and capable of independently leading a full sales cycle from start to finish — and you like to build, actively contributing to sales process development, value proposition articulation, and the creation of key tools and assets.
