Arkive gives back to photography an experience that was found in the past. Immortalizing a moment and not knowing immediately what the photo will look like gives a feeling of surprise and pleasure that our generation does not remember because of the widespread adoption of cell phones and social networks. The experience of a digital instant camera allows us to detach ourselves from our screens. Having to wait for the photo to reveal itself over time gives us the feeling of being able to better live in the moment. Our goal is to become the best way to capture and preserve all those unique moments we live, while sharing them with our friends.
