We are looking for a Working Student to help us with partner sales covering the DACH market. This would be a hybrid role coming to our Berlin HQ.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take end-to-end ownership of your own pipeline of customers referred by our Partner - from the initial handover to successful onboarding and activation.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, guide them through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
Coordinate closely with our Partner Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed and continuously improve our onboarding processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role is an advantage but not essential as we will offer training and support
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
A willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
German and English fluency to a business level, additional European languages (particularly French) would be an advantage, but not essential
Berlin based ideally - hybrid work model in place
