Molekule is seeking a Temporary Technician to join our Service & Repair team in Lakeland, Florida. In this role, you will help diagnose and repair units, follow repair instructions, and document work to ensure quality and consistency. You'll also assist with general warehouse tasks, including organizing stock and occasionally operating a forklift. This position is ideal for someone with basic electronics knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll do:
Evaluate electronic components related to the production process or the quality of final product parts and determine when there is a need for changes to the process.Decipher schematics, drawings, diagrams, blueprints and instructions in order to complete installation and troubleshooting of electronics systems, parts or wiring networks.Record information and results about product or electronic performance by detailing testing methods, documenting possible issues and listing part specifications.Input return information into our database to efficiently track product repair operations.Partner with mechanical or electrical engineers to fine tune the repair and diagnostic process in the work environment.Diagnose and repair problems with malfunctioning circuitry networks, ineffective electronic pieces, and missing or inoperative parts.Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack and store products and materials within the warehouse.Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing and labeling stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with other tasks as needed. Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and departments to meet operational goals and maintain an efficient workflow.Communicate with customers, team members, engineers or management to determine possible problems or update individuals with work progress.Improve understanding and expertise in the field by regularly attending workshops, classes, conferences and training sessions in electronics and engineering.

Must possess basic computer skillsMust be familiar with MS Office toolsMust be fluent in the English language, fluency in Spanish is preferred but not requiredMust possess an understanding of electronics/ circuit board/ mechanical repair & general maintenanceMust be able to read and follow SOPs, drawings, operation manuals and instructionsMust be able to read and follow repair and maintenance manuals and instructionsMust be able to lift and carry equipment/devices up to 50 poundsMust be able to perform repetitive tasks and work in different areas/tasks as assigned as per business needsMust be able to communicate and interact politely and effectivelyComfortable working in a team or independentlyTop organizational skills and attention to detail
