Position Description:

The Temporary Systems Analyst at the University of Louisville will provide short-term technical and operational support focused on key admissions CRM initiatives. Operating under the direction of the CRM lead, this role will support the implementation and testing of Auto-Admit rules, workflow optimization, and data integration pipelines, while providing end-user training to support new process rollouts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Auto-Admit Implementation: Assist in building, testing, and verifying automated admission decision logic, rules, and decision-release queues to streamline candidate processing.
  • Workflow Project Support: Help map, configure, and refine application reader workflows, processing pipelines, and user review interfaces to eliminate operational bottlenecks. Assist in the maintenance of web portals and status pages.
  • API & SFTP Integrations: Assist with the setup, testing, and monitoring of automated SFTP file exchanges and API data pipelines connecting the CRM to central databases (e.g., PeopleSoft) and external vendor platforms.
  • End-User Training: Deliver user training, quick-reference guides, and functional support to staff.

 

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
