Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Global Sales Enablement is responsible for driving productivity and effectiveness across our sales organization. We're looking for a technical enablement expert who is passionate about empowering our Professional Services team. The Professional Services (ProServ) team at Stripe is responsible for accelerating the time-to-value and revenue realization for our users. We partner closely with our users to navigate technical complexity, optimize payment architectures, and drive successful implementations. This role requires strong technical expertise, a keen eye for content curation, and the ability to scale enablement at pace in a fast-moving environment. You're flexible, meticulous in your craft, and have a positive can-do attitude.

What you'll do

You'll develop and deliver world-class enablement programs that equip our Professional Services team with the deep product knowledge, technical skills, and consulting capabilities needed to accelerate time-to-value and drive revenue realization for our users. You'll contribute to the global enablement strategy and act as a strategic partner to technical sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Program management: Develop the long-term vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations for Professional Services enablement at Stripe. Establish performance metrics and analytics to track the impact of enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Create and publish Professional Services enablement calendar
  • Executive engagement: Communicate enablement strategies, program progress, and readiness metrics clearly and concisely to senior Professional Services leadership
  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones and serve as the crucial bridge between Product, GTM Enablement, Partners, and Professional Services leadership, ensuring all teams are aligned on enablement priorities and product readiness
  • Consulting knowledge: Understand the role of consulting at Stripe so that you confidently build new training programs and content focused on soft skill enablement
  • Technical expertise: Translate complex product capabilities into specialized learning paths and actionable enablement resources across our technical landscape. Stay on the pulse of industry trends and competitive landscapes, adapting enablement priorities to maintain our technical edge
  • Content production: Build aesthetically superb courseware and documentation alongside scalable enablement assets (e.g., technical deep-dives, playbooks, certification programs, and hands-on technical labs)
  • Curation: Orchestrate and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), including Product and Product Marketing, to curate high-impact technical content
  • Program facilitation: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, ongoing training, and just-in-time learning resources to keep the Professional Services teams at the cutting edge
  • Peer-to-peer learning: Cultivate a program of continuous peer-to-peer learning that empowers top-performing consultants to share best practices and field-tested technical solutions
  • Performance analysis: Identify skill and knowledge gaps, then partner cross-functionally to build innovative enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction, productivity, and revenue generation
  • Change management: Be a key advocate and support for change management and best practices throughout the organization

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical consulting or enablement role
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into the curriculum
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales and delivery performance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build productive relationships with teams across the organization
  • Passion for continuous learning and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience with content creation, curation, and knowledge management platforms

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing content for technical certifications
  • Professional experience using e-learning software or an LMS
  • Experience working in the payment industry or consulting
