About the Role

MoneyLion is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead the Recruiting function at our dynamic and growing financial technology company. This role will partner with some of the best minds in the fintech industry to refine hiring strategies and recruit new talent who will ensure that the business delivers on its strategy and key objectives. This is a high-visibility position that we expect will make a significant impact on our business outcomes.

This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our new headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Identification and Assessment:
    • Utilize diverse sourcing channels to identify and assess talent effectively.
    • Employ independent sourcing methods, including social recruiting, networking, job postings, and cold calls.
  • Collaborative Hiring Approach:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand talent needs.
    • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by treating candidates with the respect and attention you would expect.
  • Prioritization and Volume Management:
    • Demonstrate finesse in juggling multiple searches and priorities.
    • Manage a consistent, high volume of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing.
  • Strategic Pipeline Development:
    • Develop a strategic pipeline of candidates in niche areas aligned with the business strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to the recruitment process.
    • Provide expert insights, valued ideas, and expertise to enhance overall recruitment strategies.
  • Adaptive Solutions and Data Assessment:
    • Guide hiring teams through unique situations, sensitivities, and competing priorities with thoughtful, business-backed, and empathetic solutions.
    • Regularly assess data reliability through established dashboards and reports.
  • Market Knowledge and Candidate Influence:
    • Use market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks.
    • Develop strategies to influence candidates' decisions to join.
  • Talent Mapping and Effective Pipeline Strategies:
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of talent distribution via talent mapping.
    • Utilize this knowledge to develop and tailor effective pipeline strategies.
  • Global Leadership and Project Delivery:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Lead a global team of recruiters, providing direction, inspiration, and fostering a high-performing culture. Deliver on global talent acquisition projects, contributing to the achievement of hiring targets and continuous improvement of our employer brand.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and attract top talent through various channels
  • A commitment to ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.

The annual base salary for this position is between $125,000 to $145,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
