What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Partner closely with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and  positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 
  • Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to effectively manage  candidates through each stage of the hiring process. 
  • Own and manage all interview scheduling activities, communicating logistics clearly and proactively to  candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Support the administration of recruitment processes, including requisition routing, reporting, and  maintaining recruitment documentation. 
  • Create, publish, and manage job postings across internal and external career platforms. • Monitor candidate progress through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and  timely updates. 
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to facilitate onboarding activities for new hires. • Conduct preliminary resume reviews and provide recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers  when needed. 
  • Maintain applicant records and ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures,  and applicable regulations. 
  • Coordinate and manage hiring activities for assigned roles, helping to drive an efficient and organized  recruitment process.

  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,  dynamic environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a  related field; experience in a corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand business functions, recruiting processes, policies, systems, and  tools. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and  discretion. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to interact effectively  across all levels of the organization. 
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and hiring workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems is highly desirable.
