  • Develop equipment specifications, project plans, milestones, and reporting mechanisms to drive successful execution.

  • Drive design reviews and technical assessments to ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, safety, quality, and manufacturability requirements.

  • Drive supplier accountability through structured reviews, action item management, recovery plans, and performance tracking.

  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize schedule, cost, and technical impacts.

  • Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, and production readiness activities.

  • Partner with intra-department technical experts, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Validation, Operations, and Leadership teams to align priorities and drive decisions.

  •  Drive standardization and adoption of engineering best practices across global automation programs.

  • Excellent supplier management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience managing capital budgets, schedules, and project financial performance.

  • Working knowledge of FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, validation, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record delivering complex equipment programs from concept through production deployment.

  • Experience managing automation equipment suppliers and contract machine builders.

  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical device manufacturing.
