Job Description

People Success means you will partner with the leaders of the key functional areas at Navan and help them be successful in their respective roles. In order to do so, you will help identify the needs of the department, develop strategies to implement , and lead projects and impactful priorities to support our employees and evolve the business.

What You'll Do

  • Global Team Leadership & Strategy: Manages programs and initiatives across a global team of People Success professionals, aligned on strategic direction and ensuring impactful execution of People programs.
  • Executive-Level Consulting & Partnership: Provides expert consultation to multiple executive leaders on org design, talent management, workforce planning, and People program development aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading Large-Scale Program Design & Implementation: Accountable for leading the full lifecycle of significant People Success programs, from needs assessment to global implementation, with a focus on impact and scalability for their respective org.
  • Strategic People Policy Development & Deployment: Identifies and deploys impactful global People strategies and policies that enable employees to perform and scale effectively.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Insights for Strategic Change: Leverages deep analytical skills and people analytics to create compelling narratives for change and gain executive sponsorship for strategic talent solutions.
  • Navigating Complex Employee Relations: Leads complex and sensitive global employee relations matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring consistent application of policies and legal compliance.
  • Facilitating Global Leadership & Team Development: Facilitates workshops for global manager enablement, employee development, and team building.
  • Trusted Advisor to Executive Leadership: Serves as a highly credible and trusted advisor to multiple executive leaders on all strategic People and organizational matters.
  • Driving Organizational Effectiveness: Proactively consults on organizational realignment and design to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across global teams.
  • Building Global Management Capability: Coaches and develops leaders to enhance their people management skills and drive high-performing teams.
  • Championing Positive Employee Experiences: Leads initiatives that foster innovation, positive employee experiences, and a strong organizational culture globally.
  • Building High-Performing Global Teams: Further develop and lead strategies to retain/acquire a highly effective organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant bachelor or master degree 
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a manager of others, HRBP/ People Partner or similar. 
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment
  • Exceptional consultative skills
  • Ability to deliver on commitments while working autonomously
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A curious and inquisitive nature
  • Must have a “we” vs “i” mentality
